Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?

Sasha first announced as transgender during high school. Her family was there for her through the difficult times, and he knew he was capable of anything through music. Jim and Sasha each have a songwriter. The duo has been playing at local venues along with open mics and elsewhere. Even though The Voice coaches did not discuss Sasha's backstory, he as well as Jim discussed their journey to where they are today through a short introduction clip that was played prior to their show. Sasha and Jim spoke about their favorite music as well as how he played guitar when he was six. Since his father is a professional music educator, he was better able to grasp the concept. Sasha is a woman who was born, and had a difficult time defining himself as a child. In an Instagram post Sasha spoke out about his struggles. Jim was filled with emotion when he spoke of his motives for not being capable of helping through these challenging times. In the year Sasha was a freshman in high school, he made the decision to come out to be transgender, and then began the transition into male. Sasha declared on Instagram the fact that he is third trans person who had ever been featured on the show. He said he felt at peace and proud to represent all trans people.
