Andrea Anders
Anders was born in Madison, Wisconsin, and raised within DeForest, Wisconsin, but she is now living in Los Angeles. She graduated from DeForest Area High in DeForest in 1993. In 1997 she graduated with a bachelor's degree in fine arts from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. In 2001, she earned an advanced master's in fine arts from Rutgers University. Between 2006 and 2015, Anders and her former Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc, who met during the filming of the canceled sitcom dated. Sean Anders directs her (Sex Drive, never Thawed). Anders was first working in the theatre in the year 2001. She appeared in Elaine Robinson, the Broadway version of the Graduate's Elaine Robinson. In addition, she appeared in On the Jump at the Arena Stage, New Doors at the Guthrie Theater in addition to Two New York Stage & Film productions: Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody. In May 2007, Anders started in The Geffen Playhouse performance of Fat Pig. She was the character Jeannie the accountant. Fat Pig closed on July 1st of 2007. Anders was the first actress to make an appearance on a Dannon commercial, which ran from the 1990s until 2006. Anders is most well-known for her work in the television series Joey (as attorney Alex Garrett) and The Class as Nicole Allen (nee Campbell) as the wife of a former football player. Anders appeared in each episode of the two series and neither show was re-run. Anders' guest appearances include One Life to Live (as Donna Degenhart), Law & Order (as Heather), The Guiding Light and Tru Calling. The actress was in five episodes of the HBO drama series Oz in 2003 as Donna Degenhart in 2003, she also made a small appearance in 2004's movie The Stepford Wives, playing her character Heather, and the 2008 movie Sex Drive as Brandy. Anders was also seen on Numb3rs the show, which ran on television in the year 2008. Anders has appeared in two television pilots that were unsuccessful. Spellbound was one of them, as was News To Me another. Recently, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single-camera comedy about work written by Victor Fresco for ABC.
