In her junior high school year, Raisa started acting. Modeled for ads in the print media and was a part of commercials. She was an actor in American Family: Journey of Dreams and Over There. Raisa made an appearance in Lil' Romeo's music clip "My Girlfriend" in the role of Tamy from 2004 and also in the music video for Iyaz's "So Big". The actress was offered her first leading part a month before she started her senior year. in Bring It On, All or Nothing, Raisa starred opposite Hayden Pannettiere. Alexandra Delgado co-starred with Isabel in the Nickelodeon film Shredderman Rules. She also appeared as a character in The Cutting Edge: Chasing the Dream as well as The Cutting Edge: Fire and Ice. The role she played was Adrian Lee in the hit ABC Family drama, The Secret Life of the American Teenager that ran from the time it premiered in July 2008to its finale in June 2013. In 2009, Raisa played a cameo on America Network's television series In Plain Sight and co-starred in a short-film directed by David Henrie titled Boo which was broadcast on YouTube. in 2013, Raisa starred in the Christmas-themed feature film Christmas Bounty alongside Mike "The Miz" Mizanin.
